Subscription & Order Policy

Your subscription helps us manage inventory efficiently, ensuring our cat litter is always in stock and ready when you need it.

You can cancel or adjust your subscription anytime by logging into your account or emailing us at hello@tailfeathercats.com. We’ll send a reminder 3 days before your next shipment, and you’ll have until 6 PM CST (an 18-hour grace period) after your order processes to make any changes.

Cats and humans love Tailfeather! New customers on their first order can contact us at hello@tailfeathercats.com to return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Orders are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 18 hours of being placed.
